and this entry purposely for those who are thinking that they're brilliant enough but actually not

within these few months, lot of people had grabbed the opportunity to be in another companies
the reasons?
i'm not so sure but i guess it might be a better offer..
or nearer to their hometown..
or maybe to change the working environment..
or gain new knowledge..
what else?
because of colleague?
who knows..

whatever their reason is, its their right to vote for the best choice
others only can share the opinions,that's it

if you're the boss,giving your advice would be better than complaining about your staff that will leave your team
it shows your weakness,der!
who the hell you're to threat them about their future?
are you a God? damn!
you, yes..you..just a normal human that only been given a temporary-power
if you said ' kalau sekarang u buat kita macam ni, next time orang akan buat u pula..'
oi, please la stop praying for bad things
pengecut la kau cakap macam tu
don't ever threat people like you're a small thinker
let them go..because that's what they want
let them feel the new world
let they create their own path
kalau tak cuba mana nak tau,dowh.

tak payahla kata sebelum ni kau sambung contract orang,they have to pay for what you gave them
itu rezeki diorang  and you're responsible to award them based on what they had done
kalau kau rasa nak mengungkit,awal2 tak payah bagi anak2 buah kau apa2
jadila macam tukun duduk lama2 takde movement
people move to improve,bukan jadi tukun..okey.
kalau nak jadi tukun,jadila sorang2 jangan ajak geng

buat apa Tuhan jadikan ramai2 orang dengan macam2 hati?
baik Tuhan duplicate je kau..buatla kau x sejuta = sejuta kau
